covid-19 protocols & best practices

We are following CDC guidelines and are going
above and beyond 
to the ensure the safety and
proper sanitization of our facility to maintain
a socially responsible environment for you
and your family.

general

  • Face Masks: All team members and guests are required to wear face masks while in the facility unless participating in the adventures, when socially distanced outside, or while eating on the mezzanine.
  • Capacity: We are operating at 50% capacity at all times.
  • Temperature Checks: A member of our team will perform a quick temperature check of every guest when entering the facility (if you show a fever of 100 degrees or higher, you cannot enter).
  • Social Distancing:
    • Floor markings throughout the facility will provide guidance for proper 6-foot distancing. Maintain 6-foot social distancing at all times.
    • Hands-free harnessing when possible.
    • One guest per obstacle.
  • Sanitization:
    • No street shoes. Please bring a second pair of shoes to change into.
    • Personal belongings must be stored in lockers.
    • All guests must wash hands/use sanitizer upon entering the facility/lobby area.
    • All team members must wash their hands frequently.
    • Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the facility for the convenience of our guests.
    • High-contact surfaces are disinfected every hour with hospital grade disinfectants.

training, fitness & league

  1. Social Distancing:
    • Maintain 6-foot distance at all times.
    • Classes will be limited to 9 attendees per class.
    • Groups will rotate stations (league)
  2. Sanitization:
    • Instructor will wipe down equipment before and after class.
    • Use liquid chalk with alcohol.
  3. Check-in: Everyone must check-in and out at the front desk.

member hours

  1. Social Distancing:
    • Maintain 6-foot distance at all times.
    • Adventure zones will provide separation between families.
  2. Sanitization:
    • Equipment will be wiped down between group rotation.
    • Use liquid chalk with alcohol.
  3. Check-in: Everyone must check-in and out at the front desk. 

summer camp

  • Face Masks: Campers will wear masks when they are participating in low intensity activities and they will not have to wear masks when participating in high intensity activities, are socially distanced, and when they are outside.
  • Camp Groups will have the same counselor(s) throughout the week. We will not mix counselors between groups.
  • Social Distancing:
    • We will have camp groups in separate adventure zones that will be cleaned between camp group rotations.
    • Ratio: 1:9 counselor to camper ratio
  • Drop-off:
    • Parents of campers will not be allowed to enter past the lobby area.
    • Parents are required to wear masks at drop-off and pick-up.
    • One parent per camper for drop-off/pick-up.
  • Sanitization:
    • Counselors and campers must wash their hands as frequently as possible.
    • Campers must wash their hands prior to departure.


Adrenaline Monkey is a place for everyone to play.

general rules

  1. THE GOLDEN RULE: PLEASE LISTEN TO STAFF INSTRUCTIONS AT ALL TIMES.
  2. Children under the age of 18 years old are expected to be accompanied and supervised by a parent/guardian.
  3. No street shoes. Closed toed athletic shoes are required on all obstacles and walls. 
  4. One person on obstacle course at a time. 
  5. No running unless you are taking your turn on a course.
  6. Long hair must be pulled back.
  7. No food or beverage on carpet, courses or walls.
  8. Wee warriors (ages 4 and under) are not permitted on the main courses.
  9. No horseplay, no flips, no wrestling.
  10. No drunkey before you monkey!

bouldering Wall

  1. Two people at a time spaced as instructed
  2. Fall flat on back
  3. No jumping onto airbag from anywhere but the wall

warped Walls

  1. Proper dismount for failed attempts
  2. One person on the wall at a time

aerial ropes course

  1. Guests may not have any items in their pockets. Please place your valuables in your car or into one of the lockers provided
  2. For your safety, there are manufacturer height and weight requirements to enjoy the course:
    1. Minimum weight standard 30 pounds
    2. Maximum weight standard 265 pounds
    3. Must be 4 feet tall
  3. For any child who is under 4 feet tall:
    1. Parent can accompany for no extra charge 
    2. Older sibling can accompany if they supervise 
    3. Operator can accompany for $15 fee (there may be a wait during peak times)
    4. Members without parents or siblings willing to accompany get an operator to accompany them at no charge
  4. Any guest with a pacemaker may not participate on the course
  5. It is highly recommended that any guest who may be pregnant not participate on the course; the full body harness lays over your stomach and may be uncomfortable
  6. Long hair must be pulled back
  7. No loose clothing or extra clothing
  8. No scarves or necklaces around the neck
  9. Any guest under the influence of drugs or alcohol may not enter the course at any time
  10. A harness, lanyard, and helmet must be worn at all times while on the course

climbing Walls

  1. Guests may not have any items in their pockets. Please place your valuables in your car or into one of the lockers provided
  2. For your safety, there are manufacturer weight requirements to enjoy the climbing walls:
    1. Minimum weight standard 30 pounds 
    2. Maximum weight standard 265 pounds
  3. Climbing with closed toed athletic shoes is required
  4. No climbing with shoes with hard (steel) soles or heels, or without shoes
  5. No climbing with sandals or slip-off shoes
  6. No climbing with loose clothing or extra clothing
  7. No climbing with scarves or necklaces around the neck
  8. No lowering upside down
  9. Any guest under the influence of drugs or alcohol may not enter the course at any time
  10. A harness and lanyard must be worn at all times while on the course. Helmets are recommended but not required

DISCLAIMER: **Everyone that enters Adrenaline Monkey as an active participant must have completed and signed a valid Adrenaline Monkey waiver. Those under 18 must have it signed/completed by their parent, legal guardian, or someone with power of attorney.**

In order to save time when you arrive, you may fill out and sign your liability waiver in advance.
