Getting Your Kids Active At Adrenaline Monkey

It is important to get your child away from the desk and train their body as well as their mind. Physical activity is one outlet that can help release the stress from their studies and can invigorate their mind. Joining a team sport or activities such as dance or gymnastics is also a way for your child to socialize,  make friends,  and can help improve their health.

Below are ideas of  teaching your child physical education at Adrenaline Monkey

PE IDEAS AT ADRENALINE MONKEY:

  1. Teaching balance and building strength on the aerial ropes course.
  2. Building upper body, lower body and grip strength on the ninja warrior obstacle courses.
  3. Improving agility and speed on the parkour-like obstacle courses.
  4. Improving strength and flexibility on the climbing walls.
  5. Teaching basketball skills on the basketball court.
  6. Building speed and leg strength on the warped walls.
  7. Work on balance on the slack line.

Wee Warriors

Days: Mondays
Time: 6:00PM – 7:00PM
Instructor: Mark Hawald

Ages: 4-6 (beginner level)

This class is intended to develop athleticism in young children that will lead to future success in any sport. Speed and agility, body awareness, the ability to lead and work as team, as well as elements of strength and toughness will be emphasized in this class.

Cost: $10 Drop-In (per class)

Future Athletes*

Days: Tuesdays
Time: 6:00PM – 7:00PM
Instructor: Mark Hawald

Ages: 7-9 (advanced level)
*Class begins Tuesday, April 23

This class is intended to develop athleticism in young children that will lead to future success in any sport. Speed and agility, body awareness, the ability to lead and work as team, as well as elements of strength and toughness will be emphasized in this class.
