Women’s R.I.P.P.E.D Class

Time: 7:00PM – 8:00PM
In this class, you will be combining explosive movements with kettlebells, jump ropes, plyometric training, medicine balls, and timed high intensity interval training to send your fitness game through the roof!! R.I.P.P.E.D. is hard core and guaranteed to make you drip sweat like never before. Are you ready to improve your performance and push your body to its limits while getting R.I.P.P.E.D. every step of the way?
What To Expect:
Each component of this class is geared to shock your systems response so your body never gets used to the workout. In turn, you will experience unbelievable results in a short period of time burning any ware from 800-1,200 calories per class. This class will keep your body guessing while sharpening you mind and focus.
