FREE YOGA CLASS

The union of mind, body, and spirit. This class will provide an all levels based flow class that will balance out the power and aerobic type routines you experience at Adrenaline Monkey. You will find strength, balance and core work in this class followed with a calming and stress relieving full body rest.
